Xbox DVD replacement require a MB swap or flashing a DVD drive

OPTION 2: You need to swap PCB (green motherboard of DVD) board. You need to take PCB board from your original DVD and install it on the new DVD drive. Please search youtube for videos.

Otherwise, it WILL NOT play any game discs.
